Seven essential questions for each task you face

One of the most important tools you can use to save time is to ask questions. The better you get at it (and listen to the answers), the more effective you can be. Here are seven key questions to ask each day.

1. Why? To ask why is a good way to understand the cause of the problems you face. Ask the question to get to the root of a problem

2. What have I learned? This is a reflective question that will help you move forward the next time you face the same problem.

3. How can I help? Focusing on the needs of others is good, for relationships with others of course, but also because others are forced to explain what they actually want.

4. Can you do it in a different way? This question unleashes creativity and gives you the urge to find other solutions and opportunities.

5. How can this be better? The question is designed to improve your current situation and help you get better results, also hopefully faster.

6. How can I show my gratitude for this? People who help you to become effective will help you even more if you show them that you appreciate it.

7. What is the best thing that I can use my time for right now? If you ask this question the answer usually comes like a flash. It's about reaching your goals and in a pile of daily tasks, it's necessary that you learn to prioritize. This question will help you do that.
