Quick tips on finding the way to customers' hearts

The first thing that will be required of you now that you have your own business is that you are determined to work your way towards earning the trust of your customers. Here's what you need to do:
• Provide customers with sufficient reasons to buy from you. It must be easy for your customers to understand why they should buy from you and not from anyone else.

• Show clearly that you like to make your customers happy. If those who are to become your customers know that you really want us to be happy with you, we will seriously consider buying from you.

• Say thank you to your customers. Thank them for their purchase, ask them questions and be a friend when they need help.

• Treat customers with respect. If you don't, they will disappear. If you are the only one that deliver what they need, they will just wait for a chance to switch suppliers.

• Exceed your customers' expectations as often as you can. Deliver faster, please. Be a person that you would want to do business with yourself.

• Reward loyal customers in any way possible. Create a customer loyalty system or anything else that shows your customers that you appreciate them and that you are grateful that they return to buy from you again and again.

If you do all these things, you build a relationship between your customers and you and the next time an offer from a competitor pop up in their mailbox, it will be easier for them to ignore it and stick with you.
