Never mind the “To-do list”

Now it's finally time to roll up our sleeves, today you get some super tips that will keep you energized all the way until next summer. Yes, it's true!

Creating a fresh start right after a leave is good for both work and your own moral. For me it's even necessary to make me think that it's fun to work again. Things must change to maintain freshness.

Instead of making a ”To-do”list, I suggest that you make a “Not-to-do list”.

On the list you could make notes about things that ...

1. ... Others should do because it's their job and/or they do it better than you.
2. ... Aren't very productive. That don't make you go anywhere and you could do without thinking about.
3.  ... Are stressful and/or boring (How can you change so it will be more fun to do them?)

Consider these points and make room for half an hour for your ”Not-to-do list” today, and if someone asks what you do, just say that you revitalize your professional life (it sounds just as important as it is).
