How to sell more to the customers in the store

Now it's a perfect time to add to a new good habit (or more) and this is something you can try this week to sell more.

This is the sentence that can make an amazing difference to you:

When a customer approaches the cashier, either with something to buy or if the customer is on the way out of the store without having acted, there is a perfect thing to say to get the chance to sell more:
- “Have you found what you were looking for?”

YOU know your store inside and out and there is a chance that your customer haven't actually found the special thing that he/she was looking for and didn't bother to look any further either. This is a dream situation for you to be able to help the customer to buy.

Try it this week and you'll see what happens. If you have employees, make your staff do the same. Teach them to use the magic sentence!
