No one knows why the company exists. This is often true. If you ask employees what goal the company is working to accomplish, less than 10% will give you a smart answer to that question.

This is, of course, completely insane! To really feel involved in a business you have to know why the company exists, what values ​​the employees are expected to share and how they are expected to satisfy the customers best.
