Do you dare to do an experiment in your store next week?

Imagine you walk into a computer shop where every computer has a note attached that says who each computer is best suited for.

”This is the perfect starter kit for those who want to surf the internet because it has an internal modem. It's fast and has one of the best graphics cards, which is great for those who want to play games. Included in the package is Word, a program where you can write and edit texts. This is a good choice for the whole family”.

Instead we are greeted by numerical babble on billboard after billboard. The only thing we can compare (and remember) are the prices. I'm fairly technical, but I'm drowning in numbers. I'd love to have something to connect the numbers to. When your clients ask for more information, what do you give them? An old brochure with outdated info where the new rates are messily written down and where several products are longer available and therefore crossed with black marker pen?

Or do you ask them what they are going to do with the product and give them a living example of a knowledgeable and passionate seller?

What products would you be able to highlight on a sign next week that would give your customers new, exciting and useful ideas?

Do you dare to challenge their minds?
