7 essential ideas that show customers that you care about them

Care for everything that concerns your customers! Here are seven points to start with:

1. Care for what customers have to go through to order what you are selling.
Are you easy to reach? Can people place orders in different ways (online, by fax, phone or by mail)?

2. Care for how easy it is for customers to find out things about your company's products.
Make it as easy as possible for customers to make intelligent buying decisions by providing them with rich information about what you sell.

3. Care for how easy it is for them to find your business - both in terms of website, phone number and physical address.

4. Care for what it's like for the customer to try to test your offer in his/her own head.
How does it feel? Can I trust the company? What happens if the customer makes a mistake when he/she buys something? Does it feel good to do business with you?

5. Care for how easy it is to pay for the offer.
Is it possible to pay by cash, credit card, installments, etc.?

6. Care about how easy it is to get the product delivered in different ways.
Are there alternatives to get faster deliveries, for example?

7. Care for how easy it is to describe the benefits of the purchase.
Speak to the other people that the customer knows (wife, husband, friends, colleagues). Do you provide your customers with the arguments he/she needs to justify the purchase to others?
